The last I have seen Alex Lam, was when he at his one of his handphones kiosk in Wisma Seberkas, Kuching. This morning he called me, he has a cafe outlet now "Forever Cafe", at Tabuan Road, Kuching, check it out. He is also doing trading business selling his toiletries products from his factory in Johor and heard that he will be flying over to the Phillipines soon.
